Hi! I’m Missy Crosby, a Helena transplant from Littleton, CO!
In 2021 when my husband (a Forsyth raised Montanan), three kids, dogs, and I loaded up for our trek North, I never could have imagined the incredible impact the move would have on my professional life.
Inspired by the grandeur of our new home state and watching as my beautiful children absorbed the natural beauty all around them, I decided to help bring the magic of the outdoors into homes and bedrooms throughout the area.
I’ve always been in love with outdoor activities like skiing and rafting, so I understand and keep in mind the awe-inspiring feelings of the outdoors when planning every aspect of the Elite Teepees Montana experience.
When I’m not fawning over my kids or wrangling our two dogs (a Goldendoodle, Scout Biskit, and our fiercest, a Maltese named Bon Jovi), you’ll find me nursing a strong coffee or scouring the internet for a great taco joint.

My belief is that every kid deserves to have a one-of-a-kind, fabulously extravagant, and memorable sleepover experience that doesn’t break the bank for mom and dad!
Our goal is that our curated setup brings the magic to your child’s memories that will serve as a bright spot to be talked about for years and years to come!
The dream of Elite Teepees Montana was launched when I was looking to make the experience of a lifetime for my daughter’s 7th birthday. As her first sleepover with all of her cousins, I wanted to pull out all the stops! I’d heard of teepee slumber parties and was very interested, but to my dismay, I didn’t find any options in or around Helena. It was at that moment I decided to rock it myself! Not only for my youngest but for all the darling little ones growing up in this amazing place.
It truly has been an incredible experience that I have had the privilege of sharing with my family! My daughters came up with amazing themes, my mother turned master seamstress, my son and husband provided their carpentry skills and a true family-built
small business was born!
